The master bedroom provides an en suite bathroom plus there is another full and modern bathroom. There is a well-equipped and appointed kitchen-living room. The living rooms sliding doors open to the covered terrace which offers a nice dining table that seats 6 people. The covered and breezy patio connects to its private and spacious back garden with a swimming pool. This villa offers a space for 6 guests.

This vacation home is built in a quiet and new residential area located on a mere 10 minutes car drive from the colorful Palm Beach area, numerous restaurants, casinos, activities, supermarkets and shopping!

Utilities

The total reservation amount includes a 15% tax and end of stay cleaning. During your stay the use of water and electricity is included for US$ 15, – per night. Over usage of utilities shall be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400.
